Meet your Facilitators
Cici Smith
Cici is a yoga teacher, educator, and mentor with over a decade of teaching experience and over 700 hours of yoga teacher training certs. Her work spans vinyasa, yin, creative sequencing, applied anatomy, mobility, bodywork, hands-on assists, and the art of teaching movement in a way that is both intelligent and intuitive.

Through years of teaching, traveling, and working with students and teachers from diverse backgrounds, Cici has developed an approach that blends practical knowledge with curiosity, creativity, and a deep respect for individual differences. She is passionate about helping teachers refine their skills, develop their own teaching voice, and build a deeper understanding of the body beyond the shapes of the poses.

As an educator and mentor, Cici encourages exploration over rigid formulas, thoughtful application over memorization, and a balance of technical understanding and embodied experience. Her goal is to help teachers become more adaptable, confident, and intentional in their work — both in class settings and beyond.
Anna Bohacs has been teaching since 2014. She specializes in Ayurveda, inclusive yoga, and mindful movement for special populations, creating welcoming practices that honor each person’s body, needs, and unique journey.

Anna teaches from a place of connection, compassion, and curiosity. Her offerings are slow enough to feel, intentional enough to transform, and grounded in philosophy that invites inquiry and discernment. She believes yoga is not about performing shapes, but about cultivating awareness—learning when to build heat, when to soften, and how to listen to the wisdom of the body.

Having studied with many beloved teachers throughout her journey, Anna approaches yoga as a lifelong practice of learning, unlearning, and evolving. She remains, first and foremost, a student of the practice, and it is from this place of curiosity that she teaches. Anna is an E-RYT 500, CYT-L3, and an Ayurvedic Health Counselor. ​
